NextDent SG is a biocompatible certified Class I material, developed for the printing of Surgical Guides. Because of the high precision of this material it is easy to insert drill sleeves, directly after printing.

Whereby enabling even greater precision during surgery. NextDent SG is resistant to disinfectants. In addition, the material can also be sterilised using gamma rays and autoclave. The use of an autoclave

does not affect the dimensional stability, therefore NextDent SG can be used in every operating theatre.

NextDent Model Ortho is a material suitable for printing models specifically used in ‘Vacuum Casting’ applications. This material is faster and easier to print compared to other model materials, but is slightly less accurate.

NextDent Ortho Clear is a is a biocompatible classified Class IIa material for all types of splints and retainers. It is aclear and thereby aesthetically pleasing 3D print material, characterised by high strength, fracture- and wear resistance.

NextDent Ortho Rigid is a biocompatible classified Class IIa material developed for digital manufacturing of splints. In combination with suitable software, it is possible to easily design and print splints. This 3D print material is biocompatible.

NextDent Base is a biocompatible classified Class IIa material suitable for the 3D printing of temporary Denture Base applications. This material has low shrinkage (±1.4%) compared to standard PMMA denture base materials (>5%), which result in excellent fitting denture bases. The low amount of residual monomer (0,4%) left after post-processing gives the material it’s biocompatibility.

NextDent C&B is a biocompatible classified Class IIa material for printing Crowns and Bridges (containing 1-3 pieces). The material properties in combination with its abrasion resistance makes NextDent C&B suitable for this application. NextDent C&B can be cemented with temporary cement.
